Maggie Ferrell

Maggie began Pilates at a young age, practicing alongside her mom to cross-train for dance. Her passion for Pilates grew throughout her youth and continued into college, where she earned a BFA in Dance Education from The Ohio State University. During her studies, Maggie had the privilege of completing in-depth Pilates mat and reformer courses each year, deepening her understanding of movement and body mechanics.

Today, Maggie works with a diverse range of clients - from athletes and former athletes to those in pre- and post-rehabilitation - always seeking ways to help everyone feel stronger, more aligned, and empowered in their bodies.

In addition to her degree, Maggie has completed extensive Pilates training, including The Lab’s 500-hour comprehensive program with Holly Swanson and Jacquelyn Brennen. She also holds a Pilates Proworks teacher certification and has continued to expand her expertise through specialized programs, including Dr. Sarah Duvall’s Pregnancy and Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist certification, Pilates for Osteoarthritis with Polestar Pilates, and workshops focused on sport-specific training such as golf.

Outside of the studio, you’ll find Maggie eating her way around Chicago’s neighborhoods, cheering on the Buckeyes, or spending time with family and friends across the country!
